moving...

So lots has happened lately... I got a knew job, I got a cell phone, I've become a txtaholic and.... I'm MOVING OUT!! lol so my life and my room are both kind of in a disarray lol
Packing is ALOT of work and its just my stuff I can't even imagen moving a whole family!. I'm moving to Winkler with my friend we got a nice little appt thingy its got a washer and dryer and a dish washer oven stove and fridge they are newer apartments. I think its going to be LOTS of fun... I haven't typed in a while lol just txted... lol I forgot how fun typing is, but txting is awesome! Summers almost over and kids are going back to school and its kinda sinking in now that I wont be and its kind of sad actually but its a good thing I'm glad its over. I hope everyones summer was AMAZING mine was kinda cold and rainy but it was over all pretty good!

ITS SUMMER!!! ..... or is it?

This weeks scavenger word is coming to you early due to that I'll be busy all weekend. The word is summer, easy right? WRONG! Summer is taking its slow time.
Summer is a time for:
Swimming and sandals



for soprts and ... other out door activities like sand and the beach!

but so far its just been windy cold and wet... lol well there have been quite a few cold days

some really hot ones but...... there you have it. this is what summer should be!

obsession

so I haven't done this in a while.

AAAAAAAAAANYWHO, this looks very un-formal... kinda like my life right now. Grad was awesome now i need to work and do stuff lame i know but someone has to!

Through my rollercoaster of obsessions there are 2 that are a constant... my music and my pictures... so here we go:

and 59 videos on it its a must have when going anywhere!
I have everything from Mozart to Madonna, Faith Hill to... i don't know
I have every kind of music on there though!

Grad

So graduation is soon and guess who got the privilege of making the program cover... that's right yours truly(me)! I'll put a copy up here:



I can't wait until friday the closer it gets the more exciting it is! I got grad presents too!
From my parents I got : plates, cups, cutlery, and a microwave. Thank you for trying to tell me to move out nicely = P
From my aunts uncles and Grandma and Grandpa (the Weibe side) I got a 3 piece luggage set (its SUPER nice)and my grandma knit me a blanket too, I love you guys... I don't know if I'll get anything from the other side but we'll see... we haven't had a grad party for that side and I don't know if we will. They aren't into parties and presents and stuff. I love you too though! From Co-op I got $100 nice bonus Thanks. ( It pays my straightener lol) I still haven't decided what to get myself, I think a trip to Edmonton at Christmas would be a nice gift... but we'll see, don't give away the surprise though I want to be AMAZED! lol I love west Edmonton mall its awesome! Leticia, Ashley and I want to go there for a week over Christmas break and go swimming and to the theme park and stay at a hotel and since I'll be 18 I can get a hotel room with out my parents!! YAY! lol That's part of the reason we are waiting until Christmas! I can't wait! I hope we do actually go though and that this isn't just a dead plan to get us through half a year...= )

Quixotic

Now for the explanation, I'm sorry if you don't get it, one of the definitions for quixotic was impulsive: tending to act on impulses, and who is more impulsive then children? (other then me) So I went out and got flowers and let Taran and Carlin play with them to see what they'd do... and then they ran into their moms garden and started picking flowers out of there and giving them to me... and blades of grass and sticks, lol they'll give me anything as long as I smile and say thank you to what ever they gave me last. SO CUTE! Then I set them up at the door and gave them to my mother because I love her. OOOOH and a warning, don't let your children run in stores, card racks lurk everywhere waiting to spring out at you at any given moment( that's why Carlin has a gash on his forehead, he was still my happiest child that day!) Anywho sorry its late.

WOW

So once again the scavenger hunt has become a vocabulary challenge for me. Thia weeks word quixotic (that's a good speed scrabble word if I remember it!)chosen by NoRegrets. Thank you for once again expanding my views on words. AAAAAAAAAAny who I'm not going to lie when I saw that word I almost cried, what kind of crazy insane difficult word is that, who knows words like that. If I ever get to pick a word I'm going to randomly draw a card out of balderdash and put my finger on one of the words and as long as its not something boring meaning that's the word I'm going to pick! That's a fun game! So I went and consulted my handy dandy dictionary and here is what it told me " Quixotic means excessively romantic: tending to take a romanticized view of life, impractical: motivated by an idealism that overlooks practical considerations, impulsive: tending to act on impulses" and my other definition was, like Don Quixote; romantic to extravagance; absurdly chivalric; apt to be deluded. I think I'm going to look for the novel that Don Quixote is in. I know EXACTLY what I want to do for this, if it turns out right this will be interesting if it doesn't work.... I don't know what I'll do. lol Do or die I guess!

Play

My Family loves to play games!
Our favorite games are card or dice games that you can play quickly or with out taking turns. LOL. Leticia, Eric, and I like playing strategy games like clue, golf, and battleship. Our whole family likes to play speed scrabble, we also like games like Taboo and scatagories.

This is a beautiful song... sometimes... I and I think most other women feel like if we just lost weight or got the right hair cut buy the latest trends, do our make up a certain way or just change somehow, that we'd be perfect some one will notice us. I cried when I watched this video. One because I'm a big cry baby two because ti really spoke to me and I'm sure it can and will speak to many other girl and women. So please take the time to listen to it or read the lyrics or.... just think about it. Your beautiful and though I probably haven't/ wont see everyone who reads this... I mean that! Sign (ok so they aren't so good but it was fun!)

Signs are a very useful part of society.
They give directions,they tell you where you are and where your going, they advertise and give you messages (Like gas is 99.9/leader), they warn you, you sing in and sign out.



But all signs communicate something!

I am planing something truly awesome for the scavenger hunt. Sign! hehehe! hahaha! lol! ummm yeah I'm laughing. (insert laugh here). Yesterday was Toms final day on earth. Poor kitty didn't even know what was coming. I wonder what went through his mind in the final seconds... was it OH MY GOSH there is a bullet flying at me! or Now I can finally get away from those pesky dogs I hate so much. Did he see Molly waiting for him? Did he feel any pain? That is the main thing... as long as it didn't hurt. I miss him but I know it was for the better. NOW Theo on the other hand... my parents gave him away when I was working and they didn't even let me say goodbye or see who they were giving him to! Those people! lol I miss him too but in a way I'm glad we no longer have cats. Though if we get mice I'm going to go buy another one! mice are worse then cats!
